About Our Station

Located in San Jose, The Stampede is an Alternative Rock FM station. This station is owned by San Jose Unified School District, and run by Pioneer High School students. Since it is used for education, it is a nonprofit station with no advertisements (other than promoting school events or talk shows). Formerly a class, a club now runs the station under the supervision of teacher Steve Dini.
